TOPCASHBACK query, Ladbrokes

Signed up to Topcashback a couple of weeks ago, not used them yet so getting lots of 'first time' offers. Just received one email - spend £10 get £30 cashback. Sends like a good deal, but not sure whether I will get £20 credit to my cashback account or, like so many gambling offers, get the extra as a 'credit' with Ladbrokes. Anyone had experience with this offer?

Thanks matt, I read them before but I'm just not clear on whether it is actual cash back or credit (like the stake £10 get £20 in few bets toe of thing).
