    Topcashback refuses to validate a cashback claim

    In December I've signed with beinternet for broadband
    using topsasback.
    The transaction did't track so I've submitted a claim
    but topcashback refuses to validate it because order number(or ref no)
    is missing. I can't provide the details as never got them in the first place. I've kept all emails and paper work from be and none of them show these information they ask for.

    i had one with quidco refused as said i didnt order a tv..that i was watching! it happens sometimes and is never guaranteed cash unfortunately.

    Cashback is always a bonus and never certain.
    Sometimes things just don't track or you didn't clear your cookies before going through topcashback.
    If you can't provide the details topcashback requested they won't validate it, but you could always call up be internet and ask for your account number.

    I wish Watchdog or MSE or someone would look at cashback sites, and see just how many people go for deals on there in the hope of cashback and then never actually get it. You only have to look on here to see that it is quite a lot. Sometimes the terms specifically say that you cannot raise a query if there is a problem, other retailers have such complicated time limits for raising a claim it is hard work working out when you can and can't make a claim. It must bring in a lot of business for the retailers, but there don't seem to be many checks on them.

    I have been having big problems with Topcashback regarding cashback for changing over to Npower. There are so many people having declined cashback from Npower. Try Google topcashback/npower, the web is full of people conned by this offer. I know that the cashback is not guaranteed but the system seems open to abuse from the likes of cashback sites and the companies sponsored by the cashback sites.
