Hi guys

Can i ask if anyone is having tracking issues with purchases made through Topcashback? My last few purchases since January have not been tracking and nothing has changed on my settings. I have been using Topcashback for over a decade and generally, most purchases track. I clear cookies every time and it's mostly successful in tracking the purchases. lately this is not happening and i'm having to manually raise claims.

I'd also like to know if anyone is having similar issue with Quidco

Appreciate any responses

I've definitely found adblockers stop tracking. I usually temporarily move to another browser where I have no adblocker installed, e.g. Chrome, when I want to use TopCashBack.

Have had similar issues myself. I've raised numerous claims over the past couple of months because they never tracked - even after clearing cookies.

No issues here, across multiple machines/browsers. Made a purchase at AO just an hour ago and tracked within minutes. Any new toolbars/browser addons recently? Particularly ones that help you find deals?

Nothing tracking for me this year either - was always reliable before even without clearing cookies etc, just making sure TCB was the only browser tab open was always enough before

No nothing. All settings are the same. New no software installations. Can't figure it out

No issues via combination of keeping a clean basic browser specifically for cashback purchases for the duration of the CB purchase, where "clean basic browser" = no add-ons / extensions and doesn't claim to be privacy-obsessed.

Note that some browsers & also antivirus/malware services will provide detrimental anti-tracking features touted as useful, such as blocking tracking cookies.

Similarly some VPN services default to implementing some integral adblock features that may impact tracking, so if choosing to use a VPN select one where integral adblock is not applied or can be disabled.

Same here, last 4 purchases haven't tracked and I have had to raise missing cashback claims. But funny enough when raising these my purchases appear in the drop down.

They're saying it's the retailer who feeds back the tracking purchase to the topcashback and this seems be failing somewhat lately. I don't know whether this is just strategy or what but it seems very fishy to me

The same here, I just wonder if it's a deliberate ploy. I think it's a risk on large purchases, for example I signed up for a broadband deal and factored in the £75 cashback and could have just bought a cheaper normal deal. I'm going to screenshot the 'your visit has been tracked' message from now on...

same here unfortunately. nothing changed on my browser. used to be tracking regularly but last few weeks not tracking.
had to cancel my few big purchases and buy again in hope this time it would track. but no joy. something is not right! is that a deliberate ploy or days are numbered???

Always go to TopCashback or quidco through their website on your browser then do your shopping dont use the app. Your purchase will then hopefully always track.
