This is a real tough one!!
This test only has one question, but it's a very important one. By giving an honest answer, you will discover where you stand morally.
The test features an unlikely, completely fictional situation in which you will have to make a decision.
Remember that your answer needs to be honest, yet spontaneous.
Please scroll down slowly and give due consideration to each line.

THE SITUATION:

You are in London.... there is chaos all around you caused by a hurricane with severe flooding.
This is a flood of biblical proportions.
You are a photo-journalist working for a major newspaper, and you're caught in the middle of this epic disaster.
The situation is nearly hopeless.
You're trying to shoot career-making photos.
There are houses and people swirling around you, some disappearing into the water.
Nature is unleashing all of its destructive fury.

THE TEST:

Suddenly, you see a man in the water.
He is fighting for his life, trying not to be taken down with the debris.
You move closer... Somehow, the man looks familiar...
You suddenly realise who it is......................... It's Gordon Brown!!!!!!
You notice that the raging waters are about to take him under forever.

You have two options:
You can save the life of Gordon or you can shoot a dramatic prize winning photo, documenting the death of the country's most despised and powerful man!

THE QUESTION:

Here's the question, and please give an honest answer...

Would you select high contrast colour film, or would you go with the classic simplicity of black and white?

Someone didnt read the question :whistling:

I'd go for high contrast colour. Not sure why.

Black and white - more dramatic!

I knew I would have missed something.

High contrast colour here too then

Despite the fact I cannot stand him, If I could save him without putting myself in mortal danger I would.
If I took the photo I would use colour then Photoshop it afterwards for dramatic effect...

I don't care who it is, couldn't be a by stander and let a preventable death happen before my eyes, pretty much sums up todays society, when the phrase 'have a go hero' is produced.

I wouldn't take a picture end. no argument no pissy pant question semantics

This

I would save him...... I couldn't stand by and let that happen. No matter what I thought of him... he's someones family. I couldn't live with the guilt....

I'd ask for the picture afterwards lol

Wonder if he thinks like this, Mind he has no issues sending our troops into battle with inferior/incorrect equipment so I doubt it.
Can't stand the man.

black and white for sure, definantly put it in multi shoot mode aswell and try to capture different angles.

I would take a few in each format...

You realise this isn't real-life? It's just a silly joke question. By putting an "amusing" answer on here you aren't actually commiting to letting a man die.
