I have switched from 3G to 4G (this is my 14 year old son's sim card that I am paying for). The plan he was currently on was £12.49 per month (PAYM). I was told it would go up to £19.99 if I didn't change the plan. So I changed the plan as soon as I received his new 4G sim card. Sorted all the transfer etc, and changed the plan to £10 per month. I have sent messages, email and Facebook/Twitter on the 2nd, 3rd and 12th August, but haven't had a response. I just wanted to know if I have successfully changed plan. But, this morning, I checked my online banking, and it showed that it's still £12.49..... (at least it's not £19.99). I can't find any Live Chat on the TPO site (it USED to be there....). I am hard of hearing, so I am unable to hear properly over the phone. Is there any other way to get a response from TPO? Customer service is shocking.....
