Trainers for the Gym, adidas, puma, nike

Looking to buy a pair of trainers for wearing to the gym, not looking to spend too much but would like a decent pair, preferably Adidas or Puma, also Nike

find out where our nearest running shop is and they will do a proper fitting. Good training shoes dont need to be exspensive, the main thing is that they fit properly. The standard training shoe's are not always the best. Try New balance or Asics. You can get a pair for £60, dont be put off if they are last years model, how cares as long as they do the job.

Have a look at these 2 pages.
