Hi Guys, I hope I can get some help here (thank you in advance). I have 5y old daughter and I would like to buy her a trampoline. What size should I go for, what brand (if that makes any difference). And where can I find the best deal at the moment ?

we got a 8ft (maybe its 10ft) plum trampoline with enclosure from tesco. served us well. good trampoline. I have had a bounce. only thing after about 3 years of heavy use is the enclosure has torn on the entrance bit and discoloured.

We bought my daughter a 12 foot all round enclosure and it has served us well, I suppose it depends on how much space you have in your garden. Do you live in the northwest? ( we no longer need ours)

we have an 8ft for our 5 year old son, my only advice is to make sure the netting is inside the padding, our first one had the padding outside and he kept going between the pad and the springs.

I don't think it really matters what size you get I've got an 8ft one and my daughter who was 3 at the time was using it and my eldest son is now 14 and he uses it. so size isn't an issue.

like the bluetba said get one that has the netting on the inside so your child doesn't get caught on the springs. mines from argos I think it was £80 bought last year.

Size - whatever fits your garden.
Brand - Plum if you can find at a good price or TPToys.
Tesco have a 10ft Plum currently for £100 - tesco.com/dir…prd - about what we paid a few years back.

I brought a 7 x 10ft telstar capsule with the net on the inside. It replaced an old 10ft round one and the amount of space it has saved is brilliant. We had a few injuries on the old one with people landing on the hard frame under the padding. Came with a ladder. The trouble with buying cheaper ones is you end up replacing the padding and the net every year as they can be made of the plastic that the sun destroys. My 2 year old fell through the net of the old one onto gravel which is when I decided to upgrade. Luckily he hardly hurt himself but could have been nasty. The net just gave way.

I like tesco one's - thx for link. Although £100 seems to be standard price, not sure if they are same but Argos have Plum's for approx £60-80.
I hope someone will post some good deal soon for a trampoline :>
