Hi guys,

I'm going on holiday in July with my friends, as of yet I don't have any travel insurance and have 0 experience in the field......

Can any of you guys help me out here? I'm just looking for the typical insurance which will cover me if anything goes wrong on holiday.

Thanks guys,
Lewis

I always found Post Office to be quite good, not the ultimate cheapest you can find (google finds some really cheap cover) but always appeared reasonably priced (can't remember how much i'm afraid)
I used FlexiCoverDirect last year, accessed through www.moneysupermarket.com for a week in Spain, about £6-odd, seemed very competitive
If you are going to Europe, Amex has a deal on its budget annual cover - just £30

I use them all the time.
insure and go....
dont forget the old quidco too.....
Use FlexiCoverDirect i am going to USA next week and i looked everywhere cheapest i could find was £60 each for 2 weeks, tried FlexiCoverDirect and got it all for £30 very very cheap !!
travel insurance web via quidco was the cheapest for my mum who is over 75 by quite a few pounds! and as we are only going for 4 days we didnt need mega amounts of cover although she did have the option of adding scuba and winter sports cover!!!
