    Travel router

Hi, i am going abroad soon and need wifi in my room! I have read that my hotel only has ethernet and no wifi. I am looking for a device that has ethernet input but gives out wifi. Has anyone got any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Probably £8.50+ ex-UK. Example ebay.co.uk/itm…133 . As with any solution (mains or USB powered) consider any additionally-required cabling between ethernet socket and the wifi device. And ideally familiarise yourself with its operation before travel.

very curious just check with the hotel it maybe miss information. but if it's ethernet only they may only allow it on there own machines.

Have you considered adding data to your phone plan as a one-off and then opening a wifi hotspot from it? Will probably work out cheaper.

How about bringing a laptop to connect to ethernet then broadcast wifi from the laptop?

Where did you find this time machine that allows you to travel back to the 90s where ethernet was a thing?

    Find a new hotel lol.
