travelling into Liverpool by train especially lime street

for those who are not aware lime Street station is shut and will be for days (some say weeks) due to a wall collapse onto the tracks . effects all trains in and out. All cancelled.

...or from the Liverpool Echo article you mentioned:

"...However, it has been suggested it could be Monday before the line between Lime Street and Edge Hill stations will re-open."

Days, not weeks, then.

Best getting off at central or Moorfields if you can

Good job that there was no trains on the line.

Could be days or weeks

Must be the wrong type of bricks on the tracks

If this happened 60 years ago it would of been sorted in a day but now it's only third world and/or Asian countries who can achieve what we used to do.
