Flying from Manchester via the Netherlands to Cuba on Monday.
5 hour stop in the Netherlands before the connecting flight to Cuba.
Do i need a Antigen/PCR test for
a) Leaving the UK (will proof be asked at Manchester Airport?)
b) in Netherlands on arrival and before the connecting flight?
I am Double Vaccinated and Boosted (two weeks ago).
