nope, didnt even come across my mind

Take a square of baking parchment (or tinfoil) large enough to hold the fillet.
Pour a few drips of olive oil on paper and spread out using fingers.

Use a potato peeler to peel thin strips of courgette, carrot and fennel.

Place a few strips of veggies on the oiled paper, curled up together.

Place fillet skin side down on veggies and season well with salt and pepper.

Curl some more veg strips on top.

Drizzle a little dry white wine (or vermouth) over fish.

Fold paper over fillet and double fold edges to make a sealed parcel.

Place on a baking tray in an oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

When ready, place on a plate and open the paper parcel at the table.

Serve with boiled and buttered Maris Peer or Maris Piper potatoes.

    ENJOY!

    Reminds me of "brb gta"

    Kids eh?

Cook in the oven in foil.
Serve with a creamy mushroom sauce on a bed of rice and with a green vegetable. Broccoli or asparagus if you are feelling flush.
Then serve it to me. One of my favourites

If you havent used it by now, and still stuck for an idea, how about Trout Pate...........u know, posh fish paste ;-)

or you could serve it with curry and chips

I cook this quite often as my Dad & Brov are both 'fishermen' (I get most of their catch!) & I just put it in an ovenproof dish wrapped in Silver foil with a nob of butter & salt/pepper. No 6 for about half hour depending on the size....... Yummy
There's lots of different ways of cooking both Rainbow & Brown trout ... as with everything the most simple way is often the tastiest!

    Ask your mum.

Only 110g?? id prob just snort it raw

    sushi

If you have a dishwasher, wrap it securely in foil (a couple of layers tightly sealed should do), & steam it - just put it in for a normal wash (but without the soap powder!).

    Tastes delicious!

You can do the dishes at the same time - just don't use soap powder.

Lol fish tasting dishes, uh i heaved at the thought

You shouldn't be messing around with hot pans and ovens without a grown-up to help....

Just eat raw - sushi style.

Keep a bucket handy for later though.
