but then its not under the load of the elements power draw

element draws over 1000 or more watts, it doesnt seem to like it

its always a risk to start fixing an item by replacing parts when you dont have the ability or equipment to test as you go

the cut out system must also be on this main board, and it seems, it is not working right, soon as the power draw happens, it quits

Yer, makes sense, time to buy a new one then, Cheers fellas.

Change the horizontal diadulator, common fault.

Sounds like the thermostat. It thinks (yes they do think) it might be over heating with just the slightest touch of heat, so shuts off. Try changing that...?

Sorry, re-read, you've said it's integrated. Maybe it's just knackered!

Most macines will trip if not enough air is passing through them

Has your dryer a hose to outside? If this is blocked with fluff it will trip out the heater Try disconnecting the hose from the back of the machine and then run it again

Some machines have a fine mesh which passes air this can look clear but if scrapped with fingers lots of fine lint will scrape off hence restricting the air flow
