I purchased this one a few weeks ago and it works fine. It had a five star recommendation in a recent Computer Shopper test.

I'm looking for one of these too. Is the USB version the same?

I'm not sure if there is a USB version ..my daughter has the freecom USB model and that works fine..mind we do live in a strong signal area so get excellent reception from indoor ariels.

The freecom model is probably cheapest on Amazon as Postage is free..also try ebuyer.

There is one on the same site. It's £5 extra but would suit me better. I do need to interface to a VCR too

Agreed, easy to install and works great.

here are a lot of cheap one's on Ebay but I don't know how good they are

I'd recommend buying a Hauppage branded TV card, i got one, dont know which model though lol, but they are good.

How about ]this one

Recommend that if you are going to be using an analogue signal (no freeview reception) that you get one with a hardware encoder and not a software encoder. Otherwise no matter how good your pc its a major performance hit and you will have no end of trouble with audio synch. :-(

I'm more interested in using a VCR and my Son's PS2!
