Uber Eats account hacked and order placed!

Just woke up to an email stating some someone placed a £20 KFC meal 1am in this morning using my Uber eats account.
I tried to access the order details on my phone app however it's not loading, it shows Guest rather than my profile details.

Does anyone know what I can do to get help on this.
