Uber Eats Discount- Charged Full Price On Payment

Hi everyone,

So I decided to take advantage of one of the multiple Uber Eats discounts in my account and went through to an eligible store. The promotion was applied and all was good however when payment went through, it charged me the full amount.

Has anybody else had a problem with this? Nothing could be done until the order had been completed and I've tried contacting their customer support since then with screenshots, all I get are automated replies which are very unhelpful telling me they are "bound by policy limitations".

Absolutely awful company!
