Uber eats unauthorised transaction

Hi all,

As above, checked my bank account today and I’ve noticed there’s a £92 charging pending on my account for Uber eats. I clearly didn’t do the order so have contacted Uber eats via there help section / Twitter as well.

Spoke to my bank who said they can only take action what’s the money is actually taken and moved from pending

Anyone else been in a similar situation with Uber eats etc ? Or how long they take to get back to you once you submit a claim ?
