    Can anybody help me to find more information about this on line jewellery shop as i am having a bit of trouble with them, my order did not turn up ( i paid extra for recorded delivery) when i phoned they just kept fobbing me off and said it's my responsability to chase up lost item ( i know now it is down to them to replace or refund) and now there are not even answering the phone, there address is:

    All recorded does is proves an item has been posted....ask for the receipt number and see if they actually have posted it out to you.

    they will not answer the phone now! ( someone is there as it is sometimes engaged) i was given a receipt number but this only shows when item has been delivered. so it lookes like they have posted it out and it's lost and now they want nowt to do with it!
    was posted out on 8th dec acording to them.
