any minimum topup needed for the pay as you go sim for vodaphone? coz i guess just get a free sim from their website, leave it in there for 30 days and request an unlock?

Yeh that’s fine , you can do exactly that without topping it up. Just put the sim in the phone at the start to get it (activated?) but no need for topup

Yeh that’s fine , you can do exactly that without topping it up. Just put the sim in the phone at the start to get it (activated?) but no need for topup
