USB Digital tuner with Composite Input

I asked for something simialr last year sometime, but wasnt very specific about what i needed, (plus the links people gave me no longer work!)

So i need....a USB digital TV tuner which has composite inputs so that i can connect a vcr. This needs to be an external USB device as it will mainly be used my laptop (Windows XP Media Centre).

This is about the only one that i can find :

Although its a bit expensive.
It does analogue tv as well, but this is not essental to me.

Budget ideally less that £40 but this may not be realistic?!

Thanks in advance

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have any PCI slots free (assuming it's not a laptop)? As it'd probably be best for you to go for a PCI one rather than USB if you want that functionality.
