px21 turtle beach there amazing !!!!

px21 like he said ^

Don't get the P21, make sure it's PX21.

i got a logitech one, and while the sounds clear its soo quiet so id definately look at buying sumthing with volume control as you cant change the level of output on your ps3 system, but yeah everyone creams over tutle beach £££

I got the Turtle Beach PX21's for my son last week, he swears by them.
He was using the official Sony headset, and the logitech USB ones before then.

I got them from Tesco as I had a voucher or two, plus Quidco available.
They generally cost £55 - £60

tell you what i would really reccomend though is if you just want the headset for mates, get a usb one and sit on skype while you play, the sound quality of the ps3 is diahoreain comparison, plus if your playing a shooter like COD on search and Distroy you can speak to ur mates when ur not meant to be able to.. saves listening to all the little brats too!

I understand quality comes at a price but £50 is way over my limit. £25 tops....

When I gamed on a PC I had a plantronics (not usb, 3.5 male jack) but plantronics seems amazing.

Good luck getting a decent 2 headphone set for £25

They start from that and work up to around £130 in many places... i'm just trying to get a half decent sent for COD.. I'm not trying to be a pr0 gam3r just simply want to hear footsteps and not have the crackle of bluetooth headsets.
