Using XBMC with my acer laptop

ive networked mapped drives from my pc to my laptop, wirelessly. now i wanna connect my xbmc through the ethernet port into my laptop to use the files ive mapped from my pc to my laptop, to my xbmc console lol - any help???

Basically yeah. You can't share mapped drives and XBMC requires shares to operate. I tried using an old BT homehub to get a wireless connection and that should have worked. It didn't though :lol:

fair enough mate, ive just been and bought a massive ethernet cable to run around my house from my router to the xbox, bit annoying but there we go!!
