Groups in trouble?

    Not sure if anybody else is having problems with, but I certainly am.

    Their website today has been acting up something rotten and I've not had much luck accessing my account or their contact details.

    When I did manage to get access to my account I found that an order I placed with them on 27th December (for something marked as in stock then, and now) is still at the "Order Placed" stage.

    Attempts to contact them over the past few days has resulted in an answerphone message stating that their voicemail box is full - no chance of talking to anybody

    Doesn't sound good to me, and I'll certainly be keeping an eye on my credit card statement to see if they charge!

    All the whiffings of a company going tits-up

    Hi there, I bought a DVD in October from them. when it was opened Christmas Day we found it was the wrong DVD inside. I called them on their Customer number and they answered. They have said I will receive a refund on my card? I have not checked this yet so I dont know if there is a problem?

    For the last 12 months I've got 32 orders showing on my order history & one of the first ones I placed & one months after that are still showing as "Order recieved" & nothing more (not listed as "Dispatched") despite me having had both these orders. I think it's a non-automated system with regard to the statuses that maybe sometimes is not updated by the pickers or whoever should be processing updates.

    From the very first time I posted about uWish I commented that the site can be a little glitchy (even signing in tonight to get this info the log in screen was spread across 2 screens width!!?!) but I've always been impressed by the turn around times & service I've recieved - I had 2 Playstation games come in with both boxes smashed in the post, one e-mail later & I had replacements dispatched (& sold both the good & the knackered ones for profit as they didn't want them returned!).
    My last order was placed on Sunday & it rolled up today.

    Personally, while I can see that the online customer help is offline & answerphone messages like you've posted are a joke I'd hold tight unless there's a fortune riding on it as it's just as likely to be Royal Mail taking their sweet time over the holiday period as anything else??!?!
