    Valentines Day Flowers - where did you get yours from and have they turned up?!

    Hi everyone!

    Me again - and another post on the "Valentines Day" subject!

    Well, today is the day! I did buy a dozen roses and a single rose in the end, and have ideas on what to do with them. I just need them to turn up!

    I went through Flowers Direct and I am having them sent to me today some time, and that time cannot be given, but they deliver from 8 til 8 or something around that time! And it's now 1pm, my Valentine is aiming to get home at 4:30! I still need to get a few final touches but I dare leave the house just in case they turn up! I'm pulling my hair out! lol!

    Almost regret not getting them sent to me yesterday now and having yesterday off! But we all live and learn from our mistakes!

    Anyone got theirs from Flowers Direct or any other flower shops?!

    Dad ordered some from marks and spencers for mum, and they arrived

    used the deal link on here for Valueflora for 24 roses with £20 off.
    They just arrrived at my wife's work, she was really chuffed!

    I ordered from flowers direct to deliver valentines flowers for my girlfriend at work and they havent turned up @ 5.00pm, this doesnt go down to well as you can imagine.

    I phoned customers services which is constantly engaged but managed to get through and without taking my details the young lady said she would get some one to chase it up and call me back and then promptly put the phone down.

    I shall be seeking a refund,, If I can get back in touch with them. :-(

    Ive just spoken to a useless customer services assistant who wouldnt even give me the name of the manager or someone in charge. I managed to find another number which went through straight away and asked to speak to Ian Rawlins (managing director) wouldnt put me throught but did put me through to a Darren Bluett (Senior manager) who was a bit more human and refunded my money and sent out chocolates and bear to the mrs as compensation, still not happy though but not alot more i can do i suppose. the number i rang was 01524 520823, hope this helps
