Status: Pending Shipment

grrrr i paid for the next day delivery and this is what i get the next day. not happy. how can i ask for a refund on the shipping?

i was a bit confused when paying too, this is what i asked for : Express (Delivery by November 17th)
and then for the delivery option i had "free first class".

can someone help me?


They're quick at answering e-mails and very helpful [at least whenever I've had to use them they have been].

i don't know what their opening hours are but i sent it friday evening and no word yet. but i guess thats understandable.... still annoying.

that hasn't been the case for me. i got an email confirming my email was sent but nothing else.

Instead of emailing give them a bell :thumbsup:
