    Valuflora flowers Dissapointment

    Did anyone get their flowers? i bought 3 bunches
    It was the deal where you put WEEKEND in as the voucher and you got the flowers for £9.98 instead of £20

    Well to be honest i think there just worth £9 and not what was the real price? im really dissapointed, i cant just give them as a xmas present ill have to combine them with something else now :-(

    maybe they will look like the pic when in bloom? better to have them before so you'll get full benefit?

    did anyone else not get their flowers?

    I have some to be delivered between the 18th and 22nd Decemeber, which I ordeded for my dad...for my mum LOL. 10 festive red roses. When I get them, I will let you know what they are like.

    i dont think you can go wrong with the amount 10 hold on ill go count the stems ....................

    yep a measily 7-8 stems i think thats crap compared to what you could get in out flower shops for the £20 there supposed to cost.

    I think iv been ripped off in the sense that it should have been a £20 worth bunch and thats why i bought 3 bunches.

    I am fed up with Valueflora Jan 07 flowers still not arrived!

    And the best part is the credit card company will do sweet FA about any issues you have with Valueflora.

    Hi all,

    Not so new member to the site, but new to the forums. I had to register after reading the Valueflora posts.

    I was recently a victim of their flower scams! Ordered some oriental lilies for my gf's birthday just over a week ago, they were there featured bunch of the month.

    Anyway, ordered, my gf's birthday came and went, they claim due to a postal error they got lost! More like they forgot to send them in the first place!

    The replacement bunch was sent a week later, totally the wrong flowers, and 6 stems instead of 15! Crap apology printed on a cheap scrap of copy paper, and saying the original flowers were unavailable! So, why wasn't I informed of this at time of ordering or email after ordering? Coz' they want to take your money regardless! Oh, also the gift message was printed on a tiny avery sticker and stuck lop-sided on to the inside of the box, very romantic I thought.

    After lots of complaining, threatening them with trading standards and the like, the managing director of Valueflora gave me a full refund and a free large bunch of flowers as an apology. Still, I wouldn't use them again, and I'd advise anyone else here to steer clear.

    P.S. I paid via paypal, so had the benefit of lodging a complaint with them to recover my money too, which may of helped my struggle. If anyone is or was in my position then do some harsh complaining and demand your money back. Good luck folks, hope you’re not asleep after reading this lot!
