    So it's good for you, if you just leave out the olive oil and butter? Would you recommend adding anything to it, or do you think it would be nice still without those two ingredients??

    No I just think it would taste of a buttery sauce, with the cumin masking the taste of the carrots.
    I would do it but with half the butter. I am sick of TV chefs showing us how to make salty, fatty meals when most of us need to eat less salt and fat.
    Saturday Kitchen is the worst offender. James Martin can't make anything without a load of cream, butter and salt.
