Verify ID on ID1 form?

Hello. I need to complete an ID1 Land Registry form. I also need to get my ID verified on this form. Only certain people can do this, like a solicitor I believe? Can anyone who knows about this subject recommend someone? PS I'm in Leamington. Thanks.
