Hi all

wondering whether someone might be able to advise.

I bought an item of clothing for my son from very. Unfortunately the quality was very poor so I returned it through the post office using the returns label that came with the order.

After over a week of checking my bank account and seeing no refund I logged into my very account to see if there was anything to suggest a refund was being processed, there was nothing but I did see the option of selecting that I wanted to return the item. Upon selecting this option I received an email advising me to return etc which of course I had already done.

can I now expect the refund to be processed. What would have happened if I didn’t select the refund option on the very account. All a bit confusing.
