Viagogo have scammed me

I have two tickets to a concert at the Barbican next week, which I sold on Viagogo. They confirmed the sale on 9 October and asked me to submit the name change. I was told to send the tickets to the buyer by 6 November. I subsequently received an email from the ticket agency saying that no paper or e-tickets would be sent out and my buyer could collect them at the Barbican Box Office on the night. I advised Viagogo, who asked me to supply proof of purchase, then received an email saying they've cancelled my sale.
There are now either 4 tickets in the name oy buyer or Viagogo have simply passed on my Order Confirmation. Either way, I'm £140 out of pocket. I can't even make a Small Claim as Viagogo have no UK Office
