Virgin broadband - how cheap?

I currently have Virgin broadband at 4mb for £25 pcm.
I think this is too expensive seeing as a lot of providers are giving more speed for the same money or less. Virgin say the reason why they charge this amount is because it is more stable than other providers.

Does anyone else pay less than £25 for 4mb or more on Virgin, and if so how did you get that price/speed?

For TV, phone and 4mb I pay £43 which I think is too expensive and I'm looking to move.

I pay £19.99 for 2mb broadband, unlimited calls anytime, and line rental.
i was paying over £35 but I called and they matched the talk talk offer that was at the time

My mum pays 99p for 2MB.

And she pays £25 for unlimited anytime calls.

I pay £16.95 for 2mb broadband, unlimited anytime calls and the "M" tv package.

£25 for 4 meg!!!
I take it this is ADSL and not cable - as you don't mention any TV package?

I'm on cable with no TV package, 19.99 2mb, phone line and unlimited daytime, evening and weekend calls. thought it was an excellent deal..

although shortly having to swap to a bt line...I'm sure the VM BT versions wasnt that expensive, I would ring them and get a better deal

ok -just checked!!

£25 amonth is the 'L' package on cable - which should be rock-solid for you - perhaps it's cheaper to get a bundle from them?
