I recently called Virgin Media to tell them that I'll will leaving in November as my 12 months contract offer would go up from £27 to £44 a month. Managed to get a new 12 month offer for £24 a month, 100mbs, no landline.
I also had an option to go for 200mbs paying £29 a month.

Got my mrs to call up today to cancel they offered £38 for 200mbs.....Cancellation in progress
350Mbps with M phone for £37 for 18months. This is what the outbound team offered me last year. My deal runs out in Feb
Well I think 100mbs is a lot. Netflix or Amazon video run smoothly and download speeds are awesome too so why pay more
I do this every year with them. But I do it via there online live chat. 2 months ago we where paying £105 a month for 300mbps, TV including sky sports, and weekend calls.

Called them up and now paying £95 a month for next 12 months for 500mbps, tv including sky sports and movies, there best phone pacakage and a virgin sim with ultimate text, minutes and data.

200mb for something like £22.50 for 6 months then £26 onwards.

I always play the cancel game and they return without fail.
I pay 34 pound for 350mb, I also cancelled originally and that's they offer they gave me
I just got 200mb +phone line for £29 after I said I wanted to cancel Was charging me £48 it took me ages to be put through to retentions 😫 think I might try live chat next time.

So £6 more than they have it up on their website then.

Can you link me to this please?

Edit: I see it. It's a new sign up offer. I did it 2 months ago when it only rolled out in my area. They tried to push me for that bundle for £115 a month but knocked them down to £95. If anyone wants this bundle I suggest you try haggling them via live chat.

Without any new customer cashback too (through a cashback site), and a credit directly from VM :/

Whaaaat? 🙉🤑
I've just called as got a letter saying my 200mbps package goes up to £42 at end of contract. Called cancellations and lady told me that actually due to my other discounts that it's going up to £55!!!! She couldn't offer me any discounts at all except if I upgraded to 350mbps I'd get 6 months for £53 then 6 months at £59 (errrrr, no). I said I'd cancel and move to Vodafone and then got put through to a "specials team" who offered me £35 a month which I accepted, might have gotten more if I pushed harder but couldn't be fussed and this is still £2 cheaper than last year so.... Thanks op!
Just called to cancel my broadband and they offered me £20 for 100mb (I was paying £47 originally)
