Virgin media Broadband speed issues

I have a hub 3 in modem mode connected to deco s4 ( three pack) and have in theory a 200mb connection after having a volt speedboost I previously had a 100mb connection . However after the speed boost my speedtest speed results are unchanged I have reset and rebooted a few times and even got virgin to reboot from their end. I have looked for answers on their forums but no obvious solutions. Any tips/ help appreciated thanks in advance
