Google ceo emails there is site with list of them

can try [email protected]virginmedia.co.uk (and yes i know this is the secretary email, the idea of such is A that the op might learn how to find things him/her self, and B that if the email is then fwded in office (and given a ref number), your more likely to get a replyed than you would directly connecting high ups yourselfs)

or any of the other directors just use the same email format as the on you already try for tom ([email protected])

What damage has been done out of curiosity?

Last resort, get a 2 quotes for repair, send them a letter to head office recorded delivery saying if it's not repaired then you'll be claiming for the costs via small claims court, give them 14 days to respond, if they don't respond take them to court, job done

I emailed Tom Mockridge and a few days later I was contacted by the lady below - she sorted out 5 months of issues within half an hour. Hope this helps

You could ask Mark at ISPreview, he usually has access to senior ISP people.

Also the ISPs dont like bad news about them appearing on the UK leading ISP review website, so tend to co-operate when it gets involved.

Thanks for that ,
I actually did find the CEO address and as I mentioned emailed it but failed to get a reply which is why I asked because I could not find anyone else .
I will try the secretary and see what she says .

try calling them out social media, tweet them and then they're incentivised to do something about it.

Virgin are a joke sometimes. When they fitted the cable to my house the box was hanging off the wall and wires weren't tied up or cable clipped to the wall, it was actually a health and safety issue, took them 2 weeks to come and do a 5 minute job.
Hope you get your issue sorted! How bad is the damage if you don't mind me asking?
As above has mentioned small claims court, or if you have a friend whos a solicitor have a word with them.

Basically they drilled through my heating pipe, so they had to cut through the wall, now I have heating pipes on show and bloody wires everywhere because they can't fit the box on the wall until its plastered.
