Virgin media hotspots on a Windows 10 laptop

Hi all.

VM allow me to connect to other people's WiFi using the connect app on my phone.

However I mainly need WiFi for my laptop. I know BT make this very easy, but I can't find a way to do the same for Virgin Media.

Any ideas how I can do this?
