What's the make and model of the TV? There's a fair chance it only has a 10/100 adapter, so won't go above 100Mbps

It's a Samsung NU7500
Does the router admin page(s) not show the sync speed? Most ISPs look at the router connection speed to discount any issues with user kit.
Its most likely your tv thats limited, check via phone or computer
Yeah it will be the TV almost all of them only have 100mb ethernet ports, even this years top of the range LG OLED's only do 100mb.

If you are actually need faster than that then try using wifi. My LG B8 for example is limited to 100mb via ethernet but happily does 160mb ish on wifi.
Thanks everyone

48.51 download with my mobile wifi

TV via WiFi 78.24 download with 20.77 upload

PS4 pro WiFi 38.3 and 6.6 upload

It’s highly unlikely your tv will ever need to go above 100mb and that is why they haven’t fitted gigabit network adapter into it.

For clarity: the router password is the admin password which is different to the wifi password.

Do you actually need to login at the router landing page? Isn't there a "router status" button down at the bottom of that page?

Unlucky. Not sure of the direct URL to the "Router status" page. Maybe some other VM customer reading this could check?

Note the full login URL of earlier image?
192.168.0.1/?home&mid=Home
but regardless, this YT vid at 12:41 (761secs) shows the stats page & URL:

20 up would fit the 200 tariff, as it's 10:1 download to upload.. I have 100 and can actually pull 112.
The TV probably has only a 100 interface, and good luck getting anywhere near that on 2.4GHz Wifi...
The basic N150 Wifi requires wide channel to get near that, and...
1. It's probably not selected by default
2. It should auto disable using wide channel if there is channel conflict

N300 requires a device with spatial streams / dual antenna (can be concealed, there are small USB dongles that have dual antenna inside)
You can check on the back of the router what the current link speed of the port is. Orange 100mbps, green 1gbps

Also dont use speedtest.net for VM. VM host the server so its just like doing an internal speed test, pointless.

use fast.com hosted by netflix for a true speed test.

Interesting. I was actually using speedtest.net as I'm sure it's the first one on Google so I just selected that link
