Virgin Media problem with broadband

I was on VM broadband package at 10.00 per month. i added telephone line and inclusive calls comes to £30.00 month. i wanted to cancel the phone and go back to only bi]roadband. the CS lady advised that that offer is no longer available. but i told her that i have always been on that offer and that it was an addition that was made and i didnt leave the broadband. is there anything i can do. she offered cheapest at 15.00

Ring them and just give them griesf by saying you will leave. I did, it matters on the person you speak to as they did prices up for everyone and will credit your account!!

How good is your broadband because i was thinking of swapping to Virgin because my current connection is abysmal? Also if you are paying £10, does that mean you are on the M package?

no 18 is for 2 meg which they claim to be medium

£9 a month
For 12 months, then just £17 a month after that.

think its about time i rung up and did some complaining
we pay £18 a month for 2mb and have done for a few years
