Virgin media self install pack

Hi when I brought our new virgin package which is Ultrafast M500 Fibre Broadband. I did the self install pack but you could have that if you have had virgin in the past . We have had virgin quite a few years back and I am not sure if this will work any help would be appreciated Thanks.
