Vodafone Customer Services - Can you get through now?

Have been trying for 45minutes from both a landline and mobile.

Everytime she says that she is transferring me to a customer services operative the line goes blank. After about 90 seconds, she says "Sorry, I didn't understand that".

Neither do I.

Has anyone else had success this morning?

Did phone in the morning for cancellation there Network was not working.

Phoned evening before 06.00 after number of transfers and disconnections (about 1 and half hours) they said cancellation/return department closed.

Email them for proof and not going to contact them again (got proof of telephone calls).

Vodafone worst customer services.
