Vodafone hard search

I tried to get hold of the pixel 5 after the deal was posted the other day. Was unable to due to not passing Vodafones ID checks because the system couldn't cope with me having four addresses in the last three years.

Anyway, I was trying to pay outright but was unsuccessful so left it. This evening I had a notification from my credit report that there was a new hard search. I've logged in and can see NINE hard searches from Vodafone.

Really unsure what to do as I had no idea a credit check was evening happening let alone a hard one, or nine. Any advice on next steps?
