Hi -

Please could someone tell me what Virgin's signal like generally? I placed an order with Vodafone Business for a HD2 a few days ago but I've just seen an offer with Virgin for the same phone on an 18th month contract (the VF one was 24 months) and taking into account cashback, the Virgin one works out £90 cheaper.

The thing is I don't want to go with Virgin if their signally is generally bad. £90 is a lot of money, but I just want to know if it's worth paying it...

Any thoughts?

Thanks

im on virgin and i hardly ever have a issue with my signal even at work where our building is not meant to allow a phone signal lol

Virgin use T-mobile network, so whatever T-mobile are like in your area, thats how Virgin are going to be

Use ]this to find out what the signal is like in your area. GSM for calls UMTS for data. As already pointed out Virgin use the T-Mobil network.

what he/she said

I'm in a similar situation, unsure about T-mobile / virgin.

I have check my area and there are masts nearby, but what the site finder does not give is a general opinion of what the network is like in.. say Surrey and Hampshire where i normally reside & travel within

Anyone from Surrey and Hampshire give a overview?
