    Vodafone - sneaky *******s lol

    took out a sim only 4 months ago with free internet for the 1st month that automaticly cancelled after 1 months, guess what it didnt, theyve been charging me 7 quid a month for it, went to the store today, guy was really helpfull, refunded me the money, £7.34 a month, almost got refunded 7034 quid tho when he hit a zero instaed of the dot lol, shame he noticed it lol

    becasue thye lied about it being automatically cancelled, id say thats sneaky, besides ive known ive been being charged extra for 3 months just wondered what it was and kept forgetting to get it sorted

    Every company are the same in my experience. Be it for months insurance on a phone, free channels on the tv etc. Unless you call to cancel, every "trial" is made a contract mainstay.

    Vodafone tend to be spot on for service in their shops I have been with them for years on PAYG and they have been great

    Sounds familiar with Vodafone.

    Received a phonecall couple of weeks back offering me mobile internet & a reduction in my monthly tariff (by £2.50!!) I must have asked the guy at least 3 times if it would cost me anything & if it would extend my current contract (as I only have 6 months left) Repeatedly he told me 'No'.

    A week later, I get a letter through the post. £7.33 a month & for 18months!

    I was fuming:x

    The guy blatently lied to me! I phoned yesterday to cancel & to complain!

    ye the guy was great refunded me the money straight away almost gave me an extra g's too :lol: would have been awesome

    I've just been onto them about mine... They've been charging me for every single text for the last year and have said they'll only refund 3 months worth.

    I understand tose who say "You should keep an eye on your bills" but when you can't access them online because Voda have mucked up their site it makes things very awkward.

    I also understand those who say that all providers are as bad as each other, but on that I can truly say I never had anything like this trouble when I was with Orange. And everyone I know say o2 CS is outstanding.
