Vodafone Worst customer services

I had them before but do not why tried them again.

Did phone in the morning for cancellation/return, representative said Network was not working.

Phoned evening before 06.00 after number of transfers and two disconnections (about 1 and half hours) they said cancellation/return department closed.

Email them for proof and not going to contact them again (got proof of telephone calls).

Vodafone worst customer services.

Been with Vodafone for a while also due to not getting any other reception where i stay but if I could chose, I'd definitely leave them. Totally agree they've got worst customer services. Had many a run in with them but all to no avail.

Been with them for 4 months and they have yet to get a bill right, I'm totally ****** off with them.

By the way the only way to get anything sorted out is to post on the 'eforum'.
