    is this free

I am not sure, but read this site also here. It appears that this is a program that amends your searches to include paid for ads that generate money for vosteron. It can also run in the background.

AdwCleaner I know is free but I'd go with Malwarebytes - uncheck Pro Trial version malwarebytes.org/

It'll be hiding in a folder somewhere .. Happened to me once with another virus, got it eventually but can't remember how .. U need a good tech person for this one.

It's in fact a browser hijacker, which means it may look nothing different from those legit search engine, but the content comes from it may be malicious or advertising ones. So, you need to delete it and reset browser settings no matter what browser you are currently using. Try manual way if tools won't detect it for you: Your text here

    Thank you all for answering.
Yes lest I thank you kesro. You are correct I phoned talktalk and a very nice man had the arduous task of talking me through it. I was so stressed out at the end of it. It took a bit of getting rid of. And you are correct it is what you say it is and we did what you are now suggesting. Your comments are not wasted because they lay my mind at rest thanks to you all l again.
