Vue Cinema Help

    Just tried booking a cinema ticket at but it said there was an error but it looks like I've been charged, there phoneline has closed now but I'm not sure how to explain it as I've been given no account or confirmation emails from vue themselves.

    Anyone had a similar experience?

    yeah I will have to just didn't know what they are like as I've never used them before. Should I rebook or wait to ring them first?

    cheers for your quick response, just to be on safe side I'll ring them in the morning and rebook after I've phoned them.

    Phoned up this morning, they said nothing has gone through but it could still be pending.

    Any ideas how long it'll take to show up on my statement?

    The banks will have authorized it but Vue wont claim due to the tranx not being processed. You should get the money if taken out in about 3-5days
