waking up laptop in desktop mode

hello, so I got laptop and want it to be in sense docking mode but without the expenses hardware.

I just want to turn it on without opening laptop and pressing on

now I want it kept closed so I can use keyboard, mouse and monitor

I no on power settings I can change so close lid does nothing and I can have it so mouse turns it on.

but can I set it so if I turn on monitor , laptop Will power on , .

it's Acer laptop with gtx 1050 2gb card and 7 generation i5 processor.
