    warning for virgin mobile customers

    just wanted to let people know that for those on a virgin mobile monthly contract (mine is the sim only) they had a error on the 9th of june so alot of customers were charged for calls rather than taken out of there minutes. Have spoke to virgin cause got my bill this morning and they said they are aware of the issue and that the people affected would receieve refunds on next months bills.

    Hopefully this will save some people sitting 10 minutes on hold to query it

    note 9th of june was the only day affected

    Just another thing about virgin mobile, many people on pay as you go have been changed over to bonus minutes without requesting it. It can work out expensive if you don't text much so beware!!

    Great money making eh, charging you then refunding you after a month, why not now? what if you were charged a big amount that will take a few months in line rental to cover etc.

    i was lucky and only got £1.97 in phone calls that day but enuff to make me ring them and say whats going on here, they did say that they have managed to refund a lot of people already but some bills have gone out before they got to them
