Hi, I'm thinking of purchasing an iphone from John Lewis.
It comes with 2 year guaranteed warranty. If I have an issue with the phone, can I just take it to the apple store? Or do I have to take it to John Lewis?
My understanding is the first year of warranty, I can take it to the apple store, but after 1 year, I must go to JL. Is this correct?
