should have replaced it

id call em back and ask em to register your complaint if they can and monitor it...its a pain getting stuff like that in and out if you dont need to?

There will be a pressure switch on the water inlet to the machine, it is there to prevent the machine running dry and causing damage. If it happens once on the initial use then register your complaint and get them to send an engineer. It may just have a bit of debris accumulated during storage. The engineer will be able to clean out the switch. If the switch is faulty it will need replacing, either way get the engineer to come out.

Thanks for the replies, machine has been used at least 6 times before the error message, I wouldnt want to go through the hassle of installing again, but If I can argue it that they have to install it for me cause its there fault, i ll just go for a replacement you think?
