Dead calm, blue skies, sunshine and 9C in South East.
Please ignore scaremongering newspapers, online media sources and stick to respected weather forecast providers such as Met Office, BBC Weather and forecasters such as @liamdutton on twitter. As you have done OP!

There are a lot of amateurs out there whom are scaring people with ridiculous snowmagedon stories that are absurd. Yes it will get colder, yes there may be snow, but nothing that you won't have seen before and certainly nothing like 2009/10.

Nice. Almost no coat weather in the Soft South. You'd probably call it Summer Weather?

and how many years ago was that? Difficult still even only 24 hours out to predict the weather in this country!

not bad where I live thank God.
I'm in wy too. gusts up to 40 odd expected.

part of life isn't it. we are lucky not to suffer from tornadoes although we suffer from floods

Bit dull down in London nothing more than normal

Very windy in the West Mids

Very windy in East Mids too - picked up alot since this morning.

    Windy in East Midlands.

That said, it's warm and the sun is currently shining, just the wind is vicious.

A few fences blown down but the type that looked like they were ready to go and just needed an extra push.

Bin blown over in rossendale. Daily Mail are calling it a national disaster

10c.. 3 mph wind. Lovely day. Got windows open. South West..

lol...national disaster oO it's gusty windy but sun and skies are clear ..so let's go shopping.

Anyone blamed this on Putin's fart yet? Cheking buzzfeed...

Rossedale very windy & sunny 4 loads of washing out great day perfect washing drying day wit woo.....

just outside London 11 c but windy now.

Quite windy in Argyll with the ferries suspended.

A bit breezy in SE Essex. The wind has definitely picked up since early morning. I noticed large areas of the NW were under an Amber alert in MeteoGroup's AlertsPro yesterday (parts of Scotland were under high alert).

For my area I follow the aptly named @LondonSnowWatch for weather information. His forecasts are highly accurate in my experience.

A bit breezy under my quilt this morning but can't blame that on the weather or anyone else

    Unless ghosts fart?

I blame the baked beans offer at Iceland

Peak district here, windy as hell, not seen it this windy in years.
Smashed a few things in the garden, ripped a small trellis off the wall and threw it across the drive (luckily I'd parked on the road that night) and the fence is taking a beating.
If it doesn't blow down by the time I get back then it looks like tonights project will be removing the fence panels in a bad gale.

Power has been off twice so far today, and every other road with trees at the side has had trouble or been closed at one point today.

Pretty cold wind so if it does turn to snow I can see a lot of places getting snowed in within a few hours as it will drift like it did in 2009

Yeah I live in the peak district.
seen pictures of a massive tree uprooted in town

It was dodge the wheelie bin earlier in Liverpool! Doubt we'll get snow though

Been a beautiful sunny warm day down the south coast today, think I might have got a bit of sunburn driving with the hood down.

No, the law only allows wind in yorkshire. Sun in cornwall, snow in lincolnshire, fog in west midlands. Weather is so wierd nowadays.
